Bryton E10

I was looking for a bike computer that did not require a wheel sensor to give my tandem partner a device that could simply show speed, distance, time. Since this would be mounted on the stoker handlebars, the closest wheel is the rear one and after struggling with units that claim to allow the sensor to be nearly 3 feet away I decided that the Bryton E10 might give us what we were looking for sans wheel sensor.
It works mostly as claimed. The large numbers on the display is a very good attribute. The battery life may be less than the 30 hrs stated but we have been able to ride 3-5 longer rides between charges and that is good enough.
And, it worked flawlessly in the rain during yesterday's ride..
